The website https://devgraph.ai (the “Site”) and the available Software as a Service accessed through the Site (the “Application”) is owned and operated by Arctir, Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Company provides the Site and Application and [allows users to access and use of the Site and Application, wherein the Application improves developer experience, developer velocity and situational awareness by integrating with your existing tools to break down silos, and improve onboarding and collaboration in your development environment, and information on the Site and Application, including pricing, product, and registration information] (collectively, the “Services”). Company does not meet the definition of a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act and its business activities do not currently trigger other U.S. state consumer privacy laws. Company does not direct products or services to residents of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Site and Services and the choices you have associated with that information.

We collect your information only when you provide it to us, and we collect only the minimum amount of information necessary. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Personal Information

While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us, or we may collect certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”).

We collect Personal Information that you choose to provide to us when you contact us to request information regarding our Services or when you otherwise use or subscribe to the Services.

Account Sign-Up

When you sign up for an account on the Services, we use Clerk, Inc. (“Clerk”) as our third-party authentication provider.

  • Clerk collects your name, email address, and any additional profile data you provide (e.g., during OAuth sign-in with Google or GitHub).
  • You will also create (or Clerk will issue) a password or session token for future logins.
  • We do not store your raw password. Clerk handles all authentication securely and returns only a secure user ID and session token to us.
  • Clerk processes this data according to its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Payments

When you purchase a subscription or make any payment through the Services, we collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method details.

  • We use Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) as our third-party payment processor.
  • We do not store your full credit-card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers.
  • Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly, encrypts it, and handles it according to PCI-DSS standards and Stripe’s own privacy policy.
  • We only receive a secure token from Stripe that allows us to bill you.

Contact Forms

When you contact us through the Services, you will provide us with your email address and any other Personal Information you may choose to provide.

Usage Data

We also collect analytical information such as:

  • time of your visit
  • pages visited
  • time spent on each page
  • referring site details
  • network location
  • products you viewed
  • browser type
  • operating system
  • IP address
  • device information

(“Analytical Information”).

Hosting Data

The Services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (“AWS”).
AWS may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and server logs. AWS processes this data only on our instructions and acts as our data processor under applicable law. AWS’s handling of any personal data is governed by the AWS privacy notice.

How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information to:

  • provide you the Services
  • receive and respond to your inquiries
  • contact you about products or services that may interest you
  • register your account

Specific uses:

  • We use the Clerk user ID and token to authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • We use your payment information solely to process transactions and manage subscriptions via Stripe.

We use Analytical Information to:

  • improve site layout
  • ensure browser compatibility
  • enhance user experience
  • promote our Services
  • analyze market and customer trends (in aggregate)

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share your Personal Information only as follows:

Authentication Data

Shared only with Clerk to create/securing your account, enable single sign-on, and prevent fraud. Governed by Clerk’s privacy policy.

Hosting Data

Shared only with AWS to host and secure the Services.

Payment Data

Shared only with Stripe to process transactions, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and handle disputes. Governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Other Service Providers

Shared with providers that perform tasks on our behalf (order fulfillment, analytics, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, etc.).

Legal & Safety

Disclosed when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our operations.

Business Transfers

Shared with any acquirer in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

With Your Consent

Any other sharing requires your explicit consent.

Your Choices

  • Opt-out of providing data (note: may limit functionality)
  • Manage/delete your account anytime via account settings (powered by Clerk) or by emailing us → data removed from Clerk within 30 days
  • Manage/delete payment methods directly in your Stripe customer portal (link in subscription email)

We store your information only as long as necessary (or as required by law).
